I'VE SEEN YOUR WEBSITE AND l REALLY LIKE YOUR STUFF, WHAT ARE YOUR WHOLESALE PRICES?                                                                                                                                               

Wholesale prices are roughly 60-30% off the retail prices you see on the website, depending on the products and the volume of your order. If you are really interested contact me for a wholesale catalog.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?                                                                                                               

You can start with an order as small as 100 euro/150 USDor the equivalent in your country’s currency. I recommend that you start with at least 10 pieces to give your customers the opportunity to get to know and appreciate our brand.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET READY?                                                                  

I am an experienced wholesaler and small orders (10-20 items) for individual boutiques usually ship as fast as 5-7 days. Larger orders may take longer; l can give you an accurate estimate as soon as you place your order. If you want you order delivered in a particular date please state that clearly an l will let you know if it is feasible or not.

WHERE ELSE HAVE YOU SOLD WHOLESALE?                                                                                

Points of sale include shops in France, Italy, Japan, Turkey, Cyprus and many shops in Greece.

DO YOU OFFER CONSIGNEMENT?

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

I SEE THAT YOU ARE LOCATED IN GREECE, l AM WORRIED THAT SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE:                                                                                                                   

 We ship our orders via registered mail and rates are very reasonable.                                                                                 

The cost of a $100 wholesale order is around $15. I can give you a much more accurate figure after you place your order and if you are uncomfortable with that you can modify or cancel it. If you want to use a different shipping service please contact me.    

WILL IT TAKE FOREVER TO ARRIVE?                                                                                                

Delivery normally takes 7-15 working days to most destinations outside the EU. During the holiday season it might take a little longer, up to a month.                           

WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND CUSTOMS?                                                                                                                        

 You are responsible for all taxes and customs in your country. In most countries, orders under $200 are not charged with custom fees. You can get a fairly precise idea of the costs using this usefull tool:

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARCEL GETS LOST IN TRANSIT?                                                                              

 It takes about 4 weeks to declare an item lost and start an investigation process. If the item is not found within 8 weeks l will refund you in full or re-send you the items. I want you to be happy with you shopping experience!

All payments are easily and safely processed via PayPal. You can use your credit card or Pay Pal account. All payment must clear in full upon submitting your order otherwise the order will be cancelled.
