CUSTOMER CARE: RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

MY ITEM IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED:                                                                                                            

I make every effort to describe and picture my work as accurately as possible. If you have any additional questions l encourage you to contact me as many times as you like, l am never tired ot providing you with information and your questions help me improve my customer service.

However, buying on line always involves the risk of receiving something different than you have inagined. I want you to be happy with your shopping experience, so as long as you return it to me in five working days from the day of receipt l will refund you in full including the cost of  the return shipping (refunds are processed via PayPal once we receive the returned goods, return  shipping charges must be agreed upon beforehead ).

Please note that this does not apply for custom orders and sale items. In these cases all sales are final.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY/DAMAGED:                                                                                                                 

 All my creations go through vigorous quality control before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If however you receive an item that appears to be fautly or damaged l please contact me immediately to arrange for an exchange, repair or refund.

I LOVE MY MASLINDA SO MUCH THAT I WEAR IT EVERY DAY AND I THINK IT NEEDS REPAIR:            

 We are happy to take care of repairs due to normal wear and tear free of charge as long you are willing to undertake the shiping costs to and from our workhop.  Here are some tips to keep your handmade treasures in top condition for longer:

Bags: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, if heavily soiled entrust to a specialized cleaner. Do not wash. 

  Jewelry:  Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, creams etc. Avoid prolonged contact with water (swimming, showering etc).       Gently wipe with a soft cloth to maintain good condition.
