HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET READY?                                                                   

 Most jewelry and bags are ready to ship the next working dayof your order.  Unless otherwise stated the item in the picture is a sample and you will receive either a stock item or an item made to order.In the unlikely event of a delay due to shortage of materials,special requirements etc. l will contact you assoon as l receive your order.

CAN YOU MAKE  CUSTOM ORDERS?                                                                                                              

 I love working with with my customers one on one to produce a unique piece. If you have a custom request email me and l will get back to you with all the details.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?                                                                                                                                    

All our items are beautifully wrapped and perfect to offer as gifts.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE? 

I am an experienced international wholesaler. I have participated in numerous international trade showns including Who's Next in Paris. Please check the wholesale page for some basic info and contact me for more details.

IS YOUR BRAND ECO FRIENDLY IN ANY WAY?                                                                                 

I use mostly natural materials, re-claimed leather and vintage fabrics. I do not use exotic skins or fur. All items are entirelyhandmade by me. Part of the pofits are donated to the WWF. 

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?              

All over the world! International shipping is very welcome.  Happy customers  come from the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, France, UK and Italy.

I SEE THAT YOU ARE LOCATED IN GREECE, l AM WORRIED THAT SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY WILL TAKE FOR EVER

Overseas shipping normally takes 7-15 working days to most destinations outside the EU. During the holiday season it might take a little longer, up to a month.                           

WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND CUSTOMS:

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARCEL GETS LOST IN TRANSIT? 

It takes about 4 weeks to declare an item lost and start an investigation process. If the item is not found within 8 weeks l will refund you in full or re-send you the items. I want you to be happy with you shopping experience!

HOW CAN I PAY?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

DO I NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
